Marketing, Metrolines and PR Process: Please download the document to use as reference when submitting information for the chapter magazine (Metrolines) and submitting information for the website, email blasts and PR requests.


FINANCE DEPARTMENT


Payment Request Form: This is the official and authorized form utilized by the chapter members to request payment for program expenditures.


TEAM STATUS REPORTS

Each month a Team Status Report is completed by program chairs and submitted for reporting at the upcoming Board of Directors meeting. Download and save a blank copy of the TSR here. If you have any questions about completing the form, please contact the Director or VP of the appropriate department for assistance.
